The process below applies to both toll-blended and custom-formulated products. Each step is documented under our ISO 9000 compliant quality system.
Discovery & NDA
30-min call with the chemist who'll lead your project. Mutual NDA signed before any formulation detail is exchanged.
Lab Bench
Our chemists develop, validate, or reverse-engineer the formula. 1 to 5-gallon bench sample ships with full TDS for your testing.
Pilot Batch
Once you approve the bench sample, we scale to a 50–300 gallon pilot for application validation under real-world conditions.
Production
Full-scale batches in your packaging with your label. Certificate of Analysis accompanies every shipment. Batch records retained per ISO 9000.
Delivery
LTL or full truckload to your warehouse, or drop-ship direct to your customers under your brand. We never appear on the carton.

Mutual NDA before any chemistry detail
We don't accept a competitor SDS, a target spec, or a sample without a signed mutual NDA. Your formulation, supplier list, packaging design, and customer base remain confidential by contract and by practice. We never compete with our toll-blend customers downstream.
ISO 9000 batch documentation
Raw material qualification, in-process checks, finished-goods QC, deviation handling, and corrective-action records all maintained under our ISO 9000 quality framework. Records retained for the regulatory life of your product.
Regulatory document support
SDS, COA, TDS, TSCA inventory verification, and CBI handling done in-house. We can produce documents in your branded format if needed. EPA, USDA, NSF, and Kosher coordination supported when your application requires it.
Kosher production on request
We can produce Kosher-certified materials for customers whose markets require it. We coordinate the inspection with your preferred Kosher certifying agency and segregate Kosher production runs in dedicated equipment.
Made in the USA, end to end
Both facilities are US-based, US-staffed, and ship from US ports. No offshore tolling. No surprise sub-contractors. The plant that quoted you is the plant that ships your product.
Net30 terms after 6 months
New customers use credit-card or e-check terms for the first six months while we both build a track record. After that, customers in good standing can apply for Net30. Credit card orders carry a 2% surcharge.

Our Pine Grove, PA headquarters and our St. Gabriel, LA facility together house nine reactors and atmospheric tanks. High-speed dispersion handles solids, viscous polymers, adhesives, and paints up to 200,000 centipoise.
- Three reactors: 300, 1,500, and 3,000 gallons (vacuum or pressure)
- Eight atmospheric tanks: 500 to 3,300 gallons
- Truckload capacity: 6,500-gallon atmospheric tank in St. Gabriel
- High-speed dispersion: solids to 200,000 cP, both plants
